黃石東貝鑄造有限公司是黃石東貝機電集團有限責任公司的骨干成員企業，公司始建于1966年，其中具備中、高級職稱的鑄造技術和質量管理專家45人。公司是集生產、銷售于一體，以冰箱、冷柜、空調壓縮機和汽車配件等鑄件為主導產品的專業鑄造企業，年鑄件產量過10萬噸、產值超10億元。
公司主導產品是冰箱壓縮機鑄件，其中為東貝壓縮機配套生產70多種鑄件。“東貝壓縮機”多次被海爾、海信、科龍、新飛、美菱、美的等國內知名冰箱企業評為“優秀供應商”，產品出口歐美等30多個國家和地區。同時，公司生產的冰箱壓縮機鑄件還大批量為加西貝拉、華意、美芝、寶蘭格等多家國內主流冰箱壓縮機企業配套。目前公司壓縮機鑄件的市場占有率在35%以上。
公司1995年開始進入汽車零部件（汽配）鑄件領域，先后為黃石三環離合器公司、愛思帝（重慶）驅動系統有限公司、武漢萬向汽車制動器公司、武漢元豐汽車零部件公司、江華汽車公司、博世（蘇州）汽車制動系統有限公司等顧客配套百余種汽配鑄件。生產的離合器、制動器已批量為東風輕卡、神龍富康、東風標致、三菱獵豹、海南馬自達、長安之星、江淮汽車、蘇州金龍、奇瑞汽車、比亞迪等名牌汽車生產廠家采用。其中標致307卡鉗體、轎車制動鼓、轉向節、浮動式三活塞制動卡鉗、HR120CY曲軸、K6C雙缸卡鉗體等6種零件先后被中國鑄造協會評為“金獎”產品。
為滿足市場需求不斷增長的需要，公司于2006年在黃石市大冶羅橋開發區投資建廠，2008年正式建成投產，公司三期擴能項目于2012年12月份正式啟動，將分期新增兩條丹麥DISA231自動生產線，已于2014年末正式投產。新項目建成后，公司將擁有130B、2013MK5B、2013LP、230B各一條、兩條231B共六條丹麥DISA公司生產線和一條羅拉門第公司制造的垂直分型射砂擠壓造型線。
公司一貫注重管理體系的建設：2004年至2009年先后通過了ISO 9001 《質量管理體系》、ISO/TS 16949《質量管理體系》、ISO 14001《環境管理體系》、OHSAS 18001《職業健康安全管理體系》等認證，2009年通過了湖北省安全質量標準化體系認證，2010年5月被中國鑄造協會授予“首屆全國鑄造行業排頭兵企業”，2011年被中國鑄造協會評為“AA級信用企業”和“中國鑄造行業千家重點骨干企業”，2011年12月被黃石市人民政府評為“守合同重信用企業”,2013年9月公司被認定為高新技術企業,2014年被評為中國鑄造行業綜合百強企業、汽車分行業排頭兵企業和鑄造協會先進會員單位,并且通過AAA級信用企業復評。
Huangshi Donper Casting CO.,LTD is the key enterprise of Dongbei Mech-Electrical Group CO.LTD. The company founded in 1966, among whom 45 are foundry engineering with the intermediate and senior professional tittle, and quality management professor. The company was a special foundry with producing castings of compressors and Auto parts.
The main products are casting parts of compressors. We have offered over 70 kinds of casting to Huanghsi Dongbei Goup. The compressors of Dongbei have been award the excellent supplier many times by Chinese famous companies such as Haier, Hisense, Kroen, Frestech, Meiling and Midea and so so. And the products have been sold to more than 30 countries and regions in Europe and America. Meanwhile, the parts also offered to the famous compressor suppliers such as Aspera, Hayi, GMCC and Baolange,which the compressor castings of the company is account over 35% of the domestic market.
The company entered the Auto parts field in 1995, we offered dozens kinds of Auto castings for Huangshi Tri-ring Clutch Co.,ltd, EXEDY Chongqing Co.,ltd, Wuhan Wanxiang Auto-Brake Co.,ltd, Wuhan Yonfin Auto Parts Co.,ltd, Jianghua Automotive Co.,ltd and BOSCH Automotive Products(Suzhou) Co.,ltd, whose clutches and brakes have been chosen for use by many famous automobile companies such as Dongfeng Light Truck, Citroen, Donfeng Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Hainan Mazda, ChangAn Star, JAC, HIGER Cherry and BYD and so on. For the parts of Peugeot 307 Caliper, Brake drum, knuckle, three-piston Caliper and HR120CY Crankshaft were award the “Golden Prize”by China Foundry Association.
In order to meet the demand of the growing market, the company was invested the new foundry in DaYe Luoqiao area in 2006, and the production line was put into use in 2008. the three-expansion project was officially started in Dec.2012,and increased two more DISA231 molding lines. After the new project put into production ,the company totally have six DISA line and one Loranmende line. Since then at the end of the twelve-fifth, the producing ability of the company will be over 130000 tons of castings per year and the output will over 10 billion of major casting company.
Since 2004 to 2009, the company was through the management certificate of ISO 9000,ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.In 2009,the company passed the safety and quality standardization system; In 2010 May, the company was identified the Lines of business of the first national casting industries; Then, the company was identified as AA Grade Credit Enterprise , the China’s Foundry Industry 1000 Key Enterprise by China Foundry Association and the Trustworthy Enterprise by Huangshi Municipal People's Government in 2011; In 2013,the company was awarded the "high-tech industry; In 2014.,the company was awarded the Chinese foundry industry integrated hundred enterprises by CFA, Automotive sub-industry pacesetter company and the Advanced Foundry Association member units, meanwhile, through the AA Grade Credit Enterprise again.
